As a protein analyst, you will be part of the team supporting protein drug development. You will be working on the development and application of innovative chromatographic and mass spectrometric methodologies for the identification, in-depth characterization and quantification of proteins from simple and complex matrices. You will be involved in a variety of projects with both industrial and academic partners. State-of-the-art equipment and knowledge will be at your disposal.
You should have a background in protein analytics including sample preparation, chromatography and mass spectrometry. Experience in monoclonal antibody analysis and the study of post-translational modifications such as glycosylation are assets.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills with a minimum of a 3-year degree along with at least 2 years’ experience in a bio-laboratory environment. Candidates with a bachelor or master degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, biomedicine, pharmacy or candidates with an equivalent qualification due to experience are invited to apply. A broad interest in technology development, attention to quality and detail, a team oriented attitude and knowledge of the English language are required.
