2008 R.I.C. Seminar05-01-2009
In December 2008, R.I.C. organized a series of scientific seminars dedicated to new developments in separation sciences. Spread over 3 days, we welcomed over 150 participants (customers from Belgium and North of France) from different scientific disciplines including environmental chemistry, food chemistry, forensic chemistry, clinical chemistry, biotechnology, … both from industrial and governmental organizations.
During the morning sessions an overview of the most recent trends in chromatography was given by Pat Sandra and Frank David.
A lab tour was organized in the afternoon and theoretical subjects, discussed in the morning session, were demonstrated in practice on state-of-the-art instrumentation.
Topics like comprehensive multidimensional chromatography, miniaturized chromatography, on-line sample preparation, temperature and HPLC, fast GC,… were handled.
R.I.C. thanks all participants and, given the enormous success, will continue the seminar series with more high-level and latest developments in sample preparation, LC, GC and MS.
